The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of locally produced cheese and ham. the location of the hotel was great, allowing us to explore the majestic Slovene Kras landscape, and the rooms were nicely furnished and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the nearby attractions.
The equipment in the rooms was outdated, with a very small TV from the 80s and an air conditioning system that was not working properly. the staff at the reception desk did not speak English or German, which made communication difficult.

This guesthouse is located in a picturesque region with stunning landscapes. the rooms have comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Breakfast is delicious and features local specialties such as homemade marmalade and yoghurt. some rooms come with massage tubs and king-size beds which provide a luxurious experience to guests.
The staff's English and German language skills could be improved as communication can be difficult at times.

We loved our stay at this small hotel. The best aspects were the excellent breakfast with local cheese and ham, the clean and stylish room with a massage tub and kingsize bed, and the location that allowed us to visit nearby villages and the beach in Trieste. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was great for exploring the beautiful countryside around the hotel. The breakfast was tasty with local specialties and fresh ingredients. The room was spacious and comfortable with a massage tub, perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful during our New Year's stay. No staff was present on the premises, and we had to call a number to get someone to let us in. The restaurant and most of the staff were only available for three days a week, leaving us with few dining options. Unfortunately, the building lacked electricity on the patio, making it impossible to use for computing or relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and limited amenities.
